We had a downstairs cloakroom (toilet and sink) fitted recently by Charlie and we were delighted with the work. It took longer than anticipated, predominantly because such a lot of thought went into trying to resolve issues that, in my experience, are generally just botched for expedience. There was never any request for an increase in the estimated cost as a result of this additional time and the cloakroom was left clean and tidy, with all old fixtures removed and disposed of.
I will definitely be using Charlie for all my future plumbing requirements
